This program is intended to be done 1–3 times a week as part of a 12-week core and full-body training program. Each session should take approximately 30 minutes and involve the 360 Strap as a key component.
Warm-Up (5 minutes)
- Light Cardio: Five minutes of jumping jacks, jogging in place, or jumping rope to increase heart rate and blood flow.

- For a more challenging variation, perform a single-arm Pallof Press, focusing on core stability to maintain proper posture throughout the movement.
Bird-Dogs (3 sets of 10 repetitions per side):
- Start on all fours with your hands shoulder-width apart and knees hip-width apart. Engage your core to keep your back flat and neck long.
- Extend one arm and the opposite leg out straight, keeping them parallel to the ground. Hold for a beat, then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
Cool-Down (5 minutes)
Focus on stretches that target your core, hips, and legs. Hold each stretch for 15-30 seconds. Examples include hamstring stretches, quad stretches, and chest openers.
